Extended Returns Policies for Christmas
Many retailers have special, extended returns policies for items bought during the Christmas period. Here are the returns policies and returns addresses for some of the top retailers shipping to Ireland:
Asos.com: ASOS Returns, Athlone Business Park, Dublin Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. The Return policy for Christmas 2011 is that orders placed from November 1 can be returned by January 31 2012, subject to the normal Returns Policy.
boohoo.com: boohoo.com, C/O Target Express Dublin, International House,Damastown Avenue, Damastown Business Park, Mulhuddart FREEPOST Dublin 15. Any orders placed between December 1 and December 23 have an extended return policy up until January 10 to return any unsuitable items. You can make a return via the return process set up with An Post, which allows you to return unwanted items free of charge by using the postage-paid label provided with your order. There is no re-stocking fee for Republic of Ireland customers.
Dorothy Perkins: Spectrum for Arcadia, Leeds Distribution centre, Hudson Road, Leeds LS9 7DN, UK. Return by post or to store; Republic of Ireland customers can go to their nearest store excluding those in BHS and other department stores, with returns within 1 month of receipt. Refunds in-store for items bought on-line will be paid in Euros by applying Dorothy Perkins’ current commercial exchange rate to the sterling price for the item.

Gift Card Time
If you’re concerned there are few decent gifts left to get your loved ones, and you’re panicking because time is running out, it’s time you thought of an online gift voucher from Irish retailers.

7 Days Online Shopping left before Christmas
Some people seem to think that if you have not ordered online by now, you have left it too late. In fact there is one full week of online shopping days left before the last retailer closes its doors for Christmas - and many more retailers are able to guaranteee much later delivery this year.
